So, we finally decided on the finishing railing for our deck ... Drum roll... We went with fence boards.
This was pretty simple and done in just a few hours. Diy by cutting off the rounded fence tips. Then they were roughly cut in half for the railing. I say that because the fence is sold in 6 ft length but they are all just over by slightly varying lengths.
Then we used some of our solar lights to equally space out the boards while using a c clamp to hold the board down so the screws went in smoothly.
Our assistant ... I'm going to have to write him up, again.
At least our ducks know how to help.
So, that's that... For now. I will let y'all in on our next project... Roof for our deck, for a proper country porch. Till next time y'all keep it green, clean, and classy.
