It's actually really easy to take pallets apart, if you have the right tools. You will need
Saw
Assistant
While my Mr works the saw... use a blade for metal and just cut the nails... I (the assistant ) hold the pallet from shaking. The saw creates a lot of vibrations. Once, it's free on the top, hold the pallet board away from the joint so the nails are easier to get to. I have found that usually the bottom connection can be loosened by pushing the board as far away as possible, then the nails are exposed. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
